SAP CRM SFA APPS- Sales Tips

You are a new sales executive in the organization and are assigned a lead.  You wish the CRM system could tell you if any of your colleagues or managers worked with that prospect in the past so that you could learn from their experience of dealing with that prospect or contact.  This app fulfills that wish. 

This app searches the database to find any existing leads and opportunities associated with the contact person of the lead or opportunity that is assigned to you.  The app will pick up the responsible sales executive or sales manager associated with those existing leads and prospects and displays it along with their profile pictures to you.   You can now contact those sales executives or managers and learn from their experience of dealing with that prospect.  This app takes the likelihood of sales closure one step ahead.
